Ihram consists of two pieces of clothes for men. While the women can wear their ordinary clothes as Ihram. But they will not be permitted to cover their hands and face as well. Wearing jewelry is also not allowed in the state of Ihram.

Ihram clothing form men consists of two unstitched white clothes. One cloth is worn on the lower part of body and with other part one shoulder is cover leaving other shoulder naked. On the other hand, Women are required to cover their whole body with single stitched dress. There is no strictness about the color also but men are required to wear white clothes.
